  • 100g green pumpkin seeds
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 dl olive oil or canola oil
  • salt

How to do it:

Heat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Come cookie sheet in a bread form and fill the dough therein. Bake for 1 hour. Turn it out of the mold and let cool on a wire rack.


As meat is a major part of the diet Age, it is important to know the meat eating. Be sure to buy meat that has good quality. It is always best to buy organic meat. Think about where the animal has the grass, near a highway or in the countryside far away from pollution. Have the animal had it good or has lived in cramped conditions.
